I loved staying in the One-Bedroom Suite, the spacious layout. The nearby BTS station was just a short walk away I appreciated how the kitchen had essential utensils upon request, and having the pool towels supplied in the unit was a nice touch!

The check-in process was painfully long and disorganized. I couldn't believe I had to wait for a room inspection at check-out. To make matters worse, the staff lacked friendliness and competence, making it hard to get assistance when needed.

Oh, how charming it is that the air-conditioning in my room shut off at 2am! What a delight to wake up in a puddle of sweat, how quaint. And, really, the lobby and elevator with no air-con? Absoluteley underwhelming! I almost thought I’d give a good review but just couldn’t, given the stains on the chair and sofa. Disgraceful!

The healthy salads at nearby Theera were a delightful find, and I loved the vibrant flavors at Mezzo Coffee. Plus, the pools were perfect for a late-night dip after exploring!

However, the Suite we booked had a kitchenette without proper utensils, which was a letdown. The bedroom felt a bit tight too, squeezing past the bed wasn't exactly spacious.

The hotel's location is fantastic, just a short walk from the BTS station and the Gateway shopping mall, which offers a supermarket and plenty of dining options. Our room was upgraded to a nicely spacious duplex with great views, and we enjoyed the pools for evening swims. The staff at check-in provided friendly service and spoke excellent English.

We faced issues with the air conditioning in one of our rooms during our stay.

Absolutely loved my stay! The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. The location is perfect, close to the Ekkamai BTS. Enjoyed the quiet pool and childcare amenities.
